I'm a solo traveller. Are your trips suitable for me?

Absolutely. Our small-group adventures (typically 8-12 people) are perfect for solo travellers seeking camaraderie and security. You'll join a group of like-minded adventurers, and we can often assist with single room supplements or roommate matching. You might meet (and has happened before) a best friend for life!

What is included in the price?

Our pricing is transparent. Inclusions always cover accommodation, most meals as specified, all activities and entry fees listed in the itinerary, private ground transport, the services of your Wildflower-selected guide, and local support. International flights, travel insurance, visas, and some personal expenses are typically excluded. A full breakdown is provided for each trip.

What is your booking and cancellation process?

To secure your spot, we require a deposit (usually 30%), with the balance due 90 days before departure. We use secure online payment platforms and provide clear booking terms. We recommend booking well in advance due to our small group sizes. We offer a flexible cancellation policy and strongly recommend travel insurance from the time of booking.

Do you help with visas and travel logistics?

Yes. We provide up-to-date visa guidance and support letters for your application for all countries on your itinerary. We also offer detailed pre-departure information packs covering packing lists, cultural tips, and other essential advice to ensure you are fully prepared.
