What makes Wildflower different from other tour operators?

The best experiences we’ve had have been far and wide-reaching, off the tourist trail, and with the incredible communities you meet along the way. This is what we provide. We’ve done all the hard work to find the most exceptional local guides, who we partner with to create amazing adventures. We try to make our tours as authentic as possible: we hope to show you the best of these places, by the people who know it best!

Is Central Asia safe with Wildflower?

Safety is our foundational pillar. Every guide and partner in our network undergoes a rigorous vetting process. Our itineraries are designed with safety as a priority; we provide local support, and all travellers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance. This is not to say that Central Asia is a dangerous or ‘risky’ place! We have found it to be one of the most welcoming regions on Earth.

I'm a solo traveller. Are your trips suitable for me?

Absolutely. Our small-group adventures (typically 8-12 people) are perfect for solo travellers looking to meet new people in a culturally appreciative wat. You'll join a group of like-minded adventurers, and we can often assist with single room supplements or roommate matching. You might meet (and has happened before) a best friend for life!

What is included in the price?

Our pricing is transparent. Inclusions always cover accommodation, most meals as specified, all activities and entry fees listed in the itinerary, private ground transport and local support. International flights, travel insurance, visas, and some personal expenses are expressly excluded. A full breakdown is provided for each trip once you enquire.

What is your booking and cancellation process?

To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable deposit (20%), with the balance due 60 days before departure. We use secure online payment platforms and provide clear booking terms, which can be found here. We recommend booking well in advance due to our small group sizes. We offer a flexible cancellation policy and strongly recommend travel insurance from the time of booking.

Do you help with visas and travel logistics?

We can assist in providing general information on visas and passport requirements, however we do this in good faith - it is your responsibility to triple check it’s all good on your end! However, we offer detailed pre-departure information packs covering packing lists, cultural tips, and other essential advice to ensure you are fully prepared.
